Mike Hughes(Certified)

In 1986 Mike Hughes became a fitness instructor, and first experienced pilates at a weekend workshop with Eileen Barrett in 1999. He thought pilates would compliment the cardio and yoga classes he taught and started taking classes with Katie. He enjoys spinning, step, kickboxing, weightlifting, yoga, pilates and gyro workouts. He teaches composition and literature at IUPUI and specializes in Science Fiction.
