Jessica Thomas (Certified)
Jessica has been teaching group and private fitness classes since 1999, and continues to educate herself with regular courses, workshops and certifications. A big follower of fitness trends, Jessica has taught everything from Fitness Bootcamp to Spinning to Aqua Aerobics. She has taught in Indianapolis, NYC, Chicago and spent 5 years teaching and studying in England.
Whilst living in the UK Jessica started practicing Pilates and noticed a complete transformation. After many years of weightlifting and high-intensity training, Pilates was the answer for calming the body and mind, and provided the right movement for someone struggling with tight muscles and aches and pains. She completed a mat Pilates certification in the UK with FitPro, where she taught mat Pilates for nearly 3 years. She then moved to Chicago to teach mat Pilates at a comprehensive studio for a further 2 years. Now she is thrilled to finally work toward becoming a comprehensive instructor, something she has been wanting to do since the first Pilates class years ago!
Jessica is currently a comprehensive student of the B.A.S.I. method, a certified NASM Personal Trainer, certified Women's Fitness Specialist (WFS) with NASM and is certified in a number of group fitness disciplines.
