BASI® Pilates Teacher Training

Pilates Indy is honored to host Body Arts and Science International’s teacher training program. This contemporary comprehensive certification has a solid foundation in the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates, BASI is dedicated to their students and strives to provide the most comprehensive training experience.
The Flex Program includes 8 in-person modules with online coursework. After the first weekend, students complete observation, self-practice, and teaching hours. Upon completing the program, trainees can take the Mat Exam or fulfill 500 hours of observation (100), self-practice (200), and teaching to qualify (200) for the Comprehensive Exam.
